![Wraith Logo](img/logo.svg)Time sure does fly. I've been juggling my real life and my unlife for a while now, but I'm still around on a daily basis, even if just for a few minutes. I'm rewriting certain parts of the website in the background and I'll probably switch to Bootstrap CSS to reduce the design frustration somewhat. Once I'm satisfied with the look and functionality, I'll push all of the updates at once (which could cause some growing pains). There's currently no set ETA for it, but I'm hoping to be done by the end of next month. After the update, we'll also be changing some rules. While we are, and always will be, a casual guild, the sense of community is still at an all time low and the number of inactive players is depressing. I'll be reducing the unannounced inactivity grace period to 1 month. We don't really benefit from people who can't log in at least once a month. Registration on the website is also going to become a requirement again. I don't really care about page visits, but I'm hoping that forcing people to register will strengthen our little community by better informing members of available means of communication. I'm gonna start my next recruitment initiative soon as well, so hopefully we'll be able to once again revitalize the guild a bit. Of course, any help is appreciated. If you'd like to help us recruit new people, feel free to ask any of the officers if they could promote you to a banshee. Oh yeah, and Living Story Season 3 has started as well. That's cool, I guess.
![Continue Coin](img/continue-coin.png)In a somewhat ironic fashion, life seems to keep getting in the way of Death. Seeing as I've been rather busy these last couple of months, I decided to do a little experiment. I ensured that all venues of communication are open to the players and waited to see if anyone decides to use them. Unsurprisingly (at least to me), aside from some moderate activity on the in-game guild chat and the occasional use of TeamSpeak, all of them are pretty much dead (no pun intended). Moreover, we've had a whopping 7 people actually register on the website. While it may be a bit bare bones at the moment, it still shows a distinct disinterest in integrating with our community on the part of our members. So, what does this mean going forward? Well, I have no interest in getting us our own forum if we can't even manage to keep a one thread alive. I'll try to push TS a bit more once I get a new place and I can afford stuff again. The rest is up to you, I guess. I'm also holding off on site updates for a little bit while I'm still sorting my life out. It's not like anyone's desperately waiting for them. In other news, SAB is back and better than ever. Sadly, no actual new content, but it now looks like it's gonna be a yearly festival, and although the developers aren't too hopeful for future updates, I would wager its popularity makes them more or less inevitable. W3 next year? Yes? Maybe? Please?
